I have been at the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2010 and have served as the APD, the EM Residency Wellness Committee Chair, the Department's Wellness Champion, and founder of our Emotional Assistance and Recovery (EAR) Team for providers who are involved in adverse patient events/medical errors as well as traumatic events. I also am Chair of our Women's Faculty Council for our department and help to organize our annual Women's Faculty Retreat. I also co-authored the book, "Resident Well-Being: A Guide for Program Directors".
