Archana Reddy is a board certified emergency physician who lives and practices in the Chicago suburbs. She is also a wife, and the mother of two children. She is a national spokesperson for the American College of Emergency Physicians and writes for their Doc Blog which can be found at EmergencyCareForYou.org. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, she completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at George Washingon University. She also holds a Masters’ Degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Prior to starting residency, she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship for study in Ecuador where she conducted medical anthropology research on traditional healers.
