Dr. Daphne Owen is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she serves as the Assistant Medical Director of Puentes de Salud, a nonprofit clinic which provides healthcare services for uninsured immigrants in Philadelphia. Dr. Owen completed her MD and residency training at the University of Pennsylvania.
