Kristyn is an emergency medicine resident at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Pre-medical studies from Case Western Reserve University. After undergrad, Kristyn worked as a research associate. Her projects included developing a tool to assess health care provider cultural and linguistic competence and evaluating worksite health promotion programs. Kristyn's current research interests include health disparity reduction and cultural and linguistic competence for the emergency physician. She's originally from Georgia and enjoys traveling, painting, and visiting museums.
