Dr. Agarwal is a pediatric emergency medicine physician based at the Egleston and Hughes Spalding pediatric emergency departments in Atlanta. Additionally, she is the pediatrics education leader for the Emory emergency medicine residents and mentors several pediatric emergency medicine fellows. Besides medical education, Dr. Agarwal is passionate about pediatric injury prevention. In addition to founding the Children's Injury Prevention Program at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, she is also a CDC funded researcher in pediatric medication safety. Most importantly, she is the proud mother of a toddler who has given Dr. Agarwal new insight into clinical care as the mother of a critically ill patient and a child who loves to test her injury prevention skills at home!
