Dr. Rose Diaz is third year resident at University of Michigan. She started her professional life as a kindergarten teacher for over 10 years. Driven by a desire to help underserved communities, Rose eventually transitioned to medicine to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a physician with a goal of serving as a community health advocate for vulnerable populations. She is a mother of 3 adult children with a passion for cooking, distance running and health policy.
