FemInPEM, in partnership with FemInEM and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, aims to provide a unique conference networking opportunity for allies and advocates of women working in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM). Our goal is to highlight challenges and solutions for promoting equity and advancement of women in our professional field.
