The Department of Emergency Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director and a PEM Division Chief for our growing Pediatric Emergency Unit nested within the main ED which cares for over 22,000 pediatric patients per year in a dynamic, high-acuity emergency service, with Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Residents and Advanced Practice Clinician support.
Hershey Medical Center is a twice designated Magnet® healthcare organization and the only Level 1 Adult and Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in PA with state-of-the-art resuscitation/trauma bays, incorporated Pediatric Emergency Department and Observation Unit along with our Life Lion Flight Critical Care and Ground EMS Division. Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital is a major pediatric referral center for central Pennsylvania and hosts faculty from all major pediatric specialties.
