Today we speak with Drs. Jacob Avila (@UltrasoundMD @5MinSono) and Matt Riscinti (@mriscinti @thepocusatlas) about their innovative #MedEd creations and how they turned creative thoughts into concrete #FOAMed #FOAMus realities.  Remarkably, both educators launched their ideas in their 20s as emergency medicine residents. We explore if there are gender differences in the messages they received: encouragement, discouragement, mentoring,  risk taking.  Both realized their successful projects early in their careers.  Where did confidence play a role?  Where did the imposter syndrome play a role?
