Bio

Dr Charlotte Alexander is a resident working at the Gold Coast University Hospital in Queensland Australia. She completed her medical school at Bond University in 2016, where she was awarded most outstanding medical student in Emergency Medicine. In 2017 she was awarded 'Intern of the Year' for the Gold Coast Hospital. She is a member of the Medical Education Committee, and represents the Gold Coast Hospital at the Junior Medical Officers Forum Queensland. She has made several educational videos, now used as recommended resources for Bond University medical students, and has worked with the Gold Coast Simulation Team in multiple in situ simulations. At FIX17, she and fellow Australian Dr Jess Ng, spoke on the power of mentorship and how we can improve the mentee-mentor relationship.
