Bio

Dr. K Kay Moody attended the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale where she received both her DO and MPH. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Dr. Moody was appointed to the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Emergency Medicine Practice Committee in 2014. In 2015, she was appointed to the Federal Government Affairs Committee, a national committee of the ACEP. She currently serves as the President of the Tennessee ACEP. Dr. Moody also serves as the Emergency Department Medical Director at Indian Path Medical Center.

She has spoken during The 206 ACEP Wellness Section and the Osteopathic Family Medicine Conference.

Additionally, Dr. Moody is the founder of Physician Wellness (www.PhysicianWellnessStore.com), an organization that aims to prevent physician burn out by encouraging sustainable professional satisfaction.
