Bio

Dr. Laryssa Patti is an instructor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She was part of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Joint BA/MD program, and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics in 2010 and with a medical degree in 2013. She completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2016, where she was the chief resident during her senior year. She is currently a facilitator for Patient Centered Medicine for first year medical students and the faculty advisor for the Emergency Medicine Interest Group at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Dr. Patti has long-standing interest in education, and is interested in adult education, wellness and resilience, simulation, free open access medical education, and education via social media.
