Bio

Dr. Melissa White joined the Emory University School of Medicine faculty in 2005. She received her M.D. at Mercer University School of Medicine and completed her emergency medicine residency at Emory University in 2002. She completed an MPH in Epidemiology at Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University in 1997 and an EMS Fellowship at Emory University in 2007.

Dr. White is the recipient of several "Resident Advocate" awards.

Dr. White is a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine, Society for Academic Emergency Medicine, and the Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine. Her research interests include Resident Education and EMS
