Bio
Dr. Poonam Desai is the Director of the Emergency Ultrasound Division and Fellowship for Physician and Physician Assistants at NewYork Presbyterian Queens.
She completed her emergency medicine residency and emergency ultrasound fellowship at NewYork Presbyterian Queens. I enjoy teaching both nationally and internationally. Her research interests include point of care ultrasound, social media education, and healthcare provider wellness.
She is the founder of #peoplewhomove and cofounder of #selfcareinhealthcare campaign on Instagram.
