Bio

Sarah Nadeem, MD is an Assistant Professor of Endocrinology, Medicine at the Aga Khan University Hospital. She has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology in 2015. Sarah completed her medical school training at the Aga Khan University, followed by Internal Medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital and Endocrinology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester. Prior to joining AKU she was faculty at the Loyola University Hospital Chicago, where she established the Women in Medicine Committee. She has also been an active member of Women in Endocrinology committee of the Endocrine Society. Her research interests include Diabetes technology and bone health in cancer patients. She likes to write, everything from fiction to op-eds, contributing to the discussion on healthcare in the US in the Chicago Tribune.
