Bio
Dr. Dyer has extensive experience in EMS Medical Direction. She is the first female named as Medical Director for Boston EMS. Founder of the NAEMSP interest group for Women in EMS, working for Women in EMS to find career paths and mentorship. Having published on multiple topics in EMS, Disaster response and Toxicology. As one of the co-medical directors for the Boston Marathon she has boots on the ground practical management experience with medical support for large endurance sport events.
Dr. Dyer also works clinically at Boston Medical Center, the oldest Emergency Medicine Residency program in Boston and a busy Level 1 Trauma Center.
