Bio
I am a professor of Emergency Medicine. I am also the medical director for many EMS agencies in the Central Massachusetts area, including fire-based EMS as well as private agencies. In addition, I am the associate medical director for Worcester EMS, a large, urban, 911 system and Life Flight, a critical care air-medical EMS agency based at UMass.
I am currently a Physician at Large on the NAEMSP board of directors. In addition, I am a learning community mentor at UMass Medical School where I teach medical students physical diagnosis and help them navigate their way through their medical school careers.
