I tell myself this mantra so many times a day I’m thinking of making it my next tattoo.<\/p>\n

It’s okay leave a party early because a novel and bed sound better than mingling.<\/p>\n

It’s okay to need time to process a question before you have an answer.<\/p>\n

It’s okay to stand there awkwardly during a conversation because you literally cannot think of anything to say.<\/p>\n

It’s okay to pause.\u00a0 It’s okay to listen.<\/p>\n

It will be okay if I let go.\u00a0 If I jump.\u00a0 If I take five minutes to myself and hide in the bathroom.<\/p>\n

It’s okay to be an introvert.\u00a0 It’s okay that my brain works differently than some other people’s.<\/p>\n

It’s okay that my strengths are different.\u00a0 My weaknesses are too.<\/p>\n

It’s okay.<\/p>\n
