“ContraceptED”: A Multidisciplinary Framework for Emergency Department-Initiated Contraception

This paper proposes a structured, team-based approach for emergency departments to offer contraceptive counseling and same-day initiation of desired contraceptive methods during ED visits. They found that EM physicians voluntarily participated in these trainings and integrated the skills learned into their workflow.
