Dr. Nicki Braxley is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and the Director of Patient Safety and Risk for Vituity, a leading democratic physician partnership serving healthcare systems across 26 states. Her leadership journey spans over 15 years of administrative and clinical excellence, including serving as the Medical Director and Chair in multiple high volume Emergency Departments and previous Board Member for Vituity. In this current role, Dr. Braxley leads initiatives to enhance patient safety, reduce provider risk, and improve clinical performance for nearly 6,000 providers in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesia, and Outpatient Medicine. She also directs Vituity’s Risk Reduction Webinar Series and collaborates with local and national leaders to implement proactive quality improvement measures. Dr. Braxley is now also dedicating time to longevity and personalized care specifically for women. Recognized for her servant leadership, teaching excellence, and ability to simplify complex medical concepts, Dr. Braxley's journey into longevity medicine began with a personal exploration of health during her own peri-menopausal state. What started as a search for answers became a deep passion for empowering others to redefine their health goals and take control of their healthspan through a holistic approach. A champion of Medicine 3.0, she combines modern science, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization to help individuals live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. She has specialized training in hormone therapy and weight loss, including but not limited to, GLP-1 medications.
