US Acute Care Solutions, the nation’s largest physician-owned integrated acute care provider and an employer of choice for female clinicians has recently launched a “Dialogue Series” featuring prominent speakers and events at industry gatherings.

The first such event takes place in Las Vegas, at ACEP in October, and features Emmy award-winning journalist Soledad O’Brien.

This event promises to be enlightening, inspiring and humorous with a woman’s perspective on the balance between professional and personal success. Specifically, the dialogue will revolve around the subject of Soledad’s passion for her career as well as her family. She has balanced the joy of her profession with the joy of raising four children. It’s hardly a topic of interest to women only, so all are invited to attend. The event is FREE and open to all ACEP attendees by registering at usacs.com/event.

US Acute Care Solutions has put advancing women’s careers front and center in its recruiting efforts and business practices. The company’s Diversity and Inclusion committee has recently announced an industry-leading parental leave policy, a mentoring program for new clinicians, and a robust effort to increase career opportunities for women and become a destination employer for female clinicians.

Soledad O’Brien is an Emmy award-winning journalist, documentarian, news anchor and producer for networks including CNN, NBC, PBS and HBO, and her own production company Starfish Media Group. She has traveled the world taking a challenging look at the often diverse issues of race, class, wealth, poverty and opportunity. Equally passionate about her career and family life, Soledad will share her personal wisdom as a mom balancing an exciting, fulfilling career.

You are personally and cordially welcome to attend this FREE event, the first of the USACS Women’s Dialogue Series.
