Bio

Alice (Allie) Min is originally from western Pennsylvania. She earned her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her residency training at the University of Arizona. She stayed on as faculty there and was appointed the Associate Residency Program Director. She served in this role for 7 years.

She then became more involved with the medical school curriculum and administration. She is a Societies Mentor, a formalized longitudinal learning community curriculum, as well as a specialty advisor for students interested in emergency medicine. She is also the Assistant Dean of Faculty Development for the College of Medicine. In this role she leads a college-wide peer mentorship program, a leadership development course, and other initiatives focused on career development for faculty.
