Bio
Clare is an Emergency physician and Pre-Hospital and Retrieval Specialist working in Sydney, Australia. She works for NSW Ambulance and is co-director of training for Sydney HEMS. Her roles with the service are clinical, educational and coordination of medical teams, and she is lucky to have an amazing group of colleagues to work alongside. She completed a simulation fellowship at the Sydney Clinical Skills and Simulation centre, where she continues to cameo on instructor training programs. She believes strongly in the power of mentorship and deliberate practise for improving clinical skills and knowledge.
