Bio
Dr. Theresa Walls is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Her academic interests include interfacility transport, pediatric readiness, and partnerships with community emergency departments to improve the quality of pediatric emergency care. She hopes to bring the evidence-based care for asthma and other conditions that is available at tertiary care centers to where most children receive emergency care, the community ED. As a part-time academic physician and mother of four boys, she has also become an expert at mixing work and life to maximize success and sanity.
