Frances Rusnack, DO, MS, is a senior resident physician at the Mount Sinai Morningside West emergency medicine residency program. She completed medical school at NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and spent an additional year as an academic scholar. She is a current chief resident, serves as one of the Vice Chairs of the EMRA Education Committee, and is an ALL NYC EM fellow. She enjoys contributing to FOAMED and will continue her passion next year as a medical education fellow at Thomas Jefferson University.
