Days after graduating from the University of North Florida, Jenna bought a one-way ticket to New York City. Ignoring the hiring climate of The Great Recession, Jenna was determined to get a job at a top advertising agency. Persistence paid off and she went on to join the account team that helped introduce retail banking innovations like Chase QuickPay and Chase QuickDeposit to the market. Since then, she's helped global brands better understand their customers and start-up technology companies create a best-in-class customer experience. Currently Marketing Manager, Customer Experience at Butterfly Network, Jenna is living her career dream of helping an incredible mission-driven brand make a positive and sustainable impact on society. When she's not obsessing over medical imaging and customer experience, Jenna can be found telling medium-funny jokes or talking a gate agent into letting her onto the flight she's about to miss.
