Dr. Goldenberg completed both medical school and residency at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital. He then served four years in the US Navy as a EP working at Naval Medical Center San Diego as core faculty in charge of their EM internship. His time there included a combat deployment to Helmand, Afghanistan with the Marines in a shock trauma platoon. After leaving the Navy, Dr. Goldenberg now works at SUNY Stony Brook as core faculty. He has lectured regionally and nationally on trauma and oncologies emergencies (so divergent). Professionally, he is interested in trauma, oncologic emergencies, and leadership. In his off time he enjoys photography and travel.
