Wendy trained in EM at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She followed that with 8 years at Albany Medical Center where she developed her passion for physician wellness and medical education with a focus on work/life "balance". She is currently working for the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine in Roanoke, Virginia. This position allows her time to enjoy her family, watching her 4 daughters grow and experience life in a beautiful area of the country. Wendy in charge of the FemInEM Book Store.
