In this pre-SAEM pod, Resa E. Lewiss and Dara are joined by Dr. Brian Zink, a founder of the SAEM Chair Development Program.  This program, in its 6th year, has been extraordinarily well received and successful in preparing candidates to become academic chairs in Emergency Medicine.  The CDP has worked towards increasing the number of women who complete the program over the past couple of years, with 26% of it current class identifying as female.
