Women are leading the development and organization of emergency medicine in Africa. Today, FemInEM podcast host @ultrasoundREL sits with #FemInEM and #FemInUS leader Grace Wanjiku MD. They spoke in person at AfCEM18 in Kigali, Rwanda.

Dr. Grace Wanjiku is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Brown University. She splits her time between Providence RI and Nairobi, Kenya, where she is instrumental in developing emergency care.  She co-organized the @AfCEM2018 #POCUS pre conference workshop with @PURE_Updates Trish Henwood MD.
